Our Objectives: IRIS seeks to ensure that ethical recruitment, protection of migrant workers, transparency, due diligence and provision of remedy are prioritized throughout the recruitment and deployment process. It does so by: 

  • Promoting respect for the rights of migrant workers; 
  • Enhancing transparency and accountability in recruitment; 
  • Advancing the Employer Pays Principle; and 
  • Strengthening public policies, regulations and enforcement mechanisms.
